Xavierians had a lovely time cherishing memories with friends on their trip to Chail and Kufri. Blessed with dense forests of chir, pine and deodars, Chail offers stunning views of the countryside.
Students of Grades VIII-XII visited Chail Wildlife Sanctuary, the Kali Ka Tibba temple, Stoned Khumb Shiv Temple and participated in various adventure activities for a diverse range of experiences.
The fun they had while trekking with friends is sure to create long term memories.
Students also visited Chail Wildlife Sanctuary, densely covered by Oak and Pine. It is an abode of a variety of flora and fauna. Some of the famous animal species that could be spotted include wild boar, leopard, sambar, spotted deer, Himalayan black bear, common langur, Indian porcupine, flying squirrel, etc. The sanctuary is also home to a diverse range of bird species, including the Himalayan Monal, Pheasants, and Jungle Fowl.
