St. Xavier's High School in collaboration with parents and community shall develop in all students the knowledge, understanding, skills, and attitude to empower them to become life-long learners and productive citizens in an ever-changing world.

The school recognizes the child as a natural learner, and knowledge as the outcome of the child's own activity.

We encourage inquiry-based, project-based, and experiential learning in alignment with the constructivist approach recommended by the National Curriculum Framework 2005 and CBSE board.

Emphasis is placed on learning by asking questions, problem-solving, and through the application. This is reinforced through curriculum-related trips, workshops, seminars, webinars, audio–visual aids, activities, and presentations. Learning is not achieved in isolation. Authentic experiences and real-life examples are embedded into the curriculum in all the domains allowing for deep learning and engaging classrooms. The focus is on working towards making all learners independent and ultimately in charge of their own learning.
