In a special assembly, Class IV - A gathered to explore the transformative power of positive thoughts with the theme "Change Your Thoughts, Change Your Life."

The assembly aimed to highlight the profound impact of one's mindset on their life journey. It emphasized that true freedom isn't merely the absence of constraints but lies in the ability to shape one's destiny through mindful choices and responsible actions.

The assembly kicked off with an uplifting performance by the students, who delivered an inspiring song and brought to life a thought-provoking skit centered around the theme of positive thinking. Through their artistic talents, they set the stage for a session brimming with inspiration and encouragement.

Amidst the energy and enthusiasm of the assembly, Principal Mrs. Renu Singh took the stage to share her insightful words with the esteemed gathering. With poise and wisdom, she shed light on the significance of maintaining a positive mindset and its profound impact on one's journey through life.

The assembly served as a beacon of hope, igniting a renewed sense of optimism and determination among all who were present.

Workshop on CUET: Central Universities Entrance Test’ conducted by Jitender Vohra - Program Director, CUET

It has rightly been said that the right guidance at the right time can do wonders for a child. In pursuit of the same, an informative and interactive workshop on ‘CUET: Central Universities Entrance Test’ was conducted by Jitender Vohra - Program Director, CUET for Grades XI & XII.

The students were apprised about the CUET syllabus, courses, universities, and colleges accepting CUET, how and when to fill the form, how to select the subjects, how to prepare for the exam etc. Important links were shared from where students can gather all relevant information. The students were intimated about the different career options they can opt for in their specific streams and their scope. The syllabus, the paper pattern and importance of NCERT textbooks were discussed in detail. The students interacted and their doubts regarding the various aspects of the CUET exam were cleared. Mr. Jitender Vohra also provided helpful tips for selection of the subjects for the CUET exam.

The workshop concluded with a Q&A session, addressing all student inquiries, followed by a vote of thanks.

Annual Day Celebration of Primary-Wing

St. Xavier’s High School witnessed an exhilarating celebration on 5th April 2024, Saturday, as we hosted our Annual Extravaganza. The magnificent day was a fusion of magic, enchantment, and a kaleidoscope of adventures.

The celebration commenced with a warm welcome and felicitation of our esteemed dignitaries; our respected President Sir, Chairperson ma'am, Director Sir, Mr. Sandeep from NSD, Principal from sector-49 and Headmistress from sector-81 branch. The ceremonial lighting of the auspicious lamp filled the air with bliss and serenity. Followed by that, our respected Principal ma'am, Ms. Renu Singh addressed the august gathering with her pearls of wisdom.

Transporting the audience into the magical realm, the event featured mystical tales of Aladdin and his enchanted lamp. Amidst excitement and grandeur, the stage came alive with a myriad of breathtaking performances showcased by students of Grades IV and V, each intricately crafted with creativity and thoughtfulness. The fictional Arabian city of Agrabah was brought to life with the vibrant backgrounds, music and charismatic performances marking the event a treasure trove. As the curtains drew to a close, the timeless values gleaned from Aladdin's saga were underscored. Parents were left awestruck by the incredible talent displayed by their children, filling the auditorium with resounding applause and admiration.

At the end, our esteemed Director Sir, Mr. Mohit Sachdeva congratulated students, teachers and the entire staff involved in the event for their sterling efforts. He also extended heartfelt thanks to parents for their unstinting support. Our Primary-Wing Coordinator, Ms. Sadhana Upadhyay proposed a vote of thanks.Subsequently, the event concluded with a grand finale followed by the school song and national anthem. All in all, the event was a spectacle leaving an indelible mark on all the attendees.

As we bid adieu to this year's annual day celebration, we eagerly await the opportunity to embark on new adventures and create memories with boundless creativity, unwavering passion, and a sprinkle of magic.
